I have always been an artist, but never been able to peruse my full potential until recently. A multipotentialite, I started my artist journey like most though visual arts (drawing/sculpture, photographs etc.) It was upon having children and the changing of technology, that I explored more. Into multimedia, videos and digital photography, web design, and graphic designing. It wasn’t until I decide to be a welder that a whole new world of creative potential opened up to me. A certified “journeyman”, I am disciplined in all welding processes. It was though my welding journey that I was able to utilize tools, and delve into blacksmithing and various metal works, thus understanding metallurgy, and the fine art of cold and hot working. It wasn’t until I arrived onto Vancouver Island in 2015 that my interests in glass beads, wire art, and silk screening took hold. Through all my varied disciplines and experiences, I am always creating. Looking for something useful, insightful, practical, and inspiration to offer people. All of my creations are an extension of my interests, and my authentic personality. I would hope that someone would not only find value in the piece, but also the appreciation that it was hand crafted by someone who wanted to share a piece of themselves to the world…that is every artists dream, I’m sure.
I appreciate you taking the time, to visit my piece of the web; to check out my work; and my sincerest gratitude if you purchase something from my store.
